We provide worldwide FREE shipping for ALL orders through DHL/UPS/FedEx.
Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 12-72 hours. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Estimates
We will ensure that the products are delivered in a timely manner to our customers with great care and good conditions.
Orders will be delivered in two ways:
- Delivered from local warehouse / factory, with estimated time 5-10 days;
- Shipped from overseas warehouse / factory, expected to require approximately 14-28 days;

* These are estimates based on the delivery time of most orders. The actual processing and transportation time may be shorter or longer, depending on the customs clearance speed and local delivery speed.
* Some remote areas or military bases that cannot be distributed normally will be refunded after verification.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
There's a high probability that you don’t need to pay customs duty when meeting customs clearance. But sometimes it does. When it occurs, you need to pay for any customs and taxes that are incurred during the delivery of your order / package. Thank you for your understanding.
Discreet Packaging
The doll will be packed in a plain carton box. There will be no information that indicates that it’s a doll. Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers.
Special Note
If you don’t want to receive your doll at home for some reason, you can call the local press(according to shipping details we send to you) to keep it in their office waiting for you to pick up.
