Refund & Return
We strive for customer satisfaction. Prior to shipping, we conduct strict checks on the quality of the products, so every doll is in perfect condition. Our quality control ensures that there are no flaws before the products are sent to our customer.
However, although all of our dolls go through a strict quality control process, sometimes damage or defects may occur on your doll during transportation. If damage occurs , we request that you please send us a picture within 24 hours after receiving the goods. We will then deal with the issue accordingly.
Returns are accepted only if you have received an incorrect item(including wrong size) due to our error or a defective & damaged item. In which case we are happy to fix or replace the item at no additional charge and ship it back to you. But if the item is damaged due to improper use, you’re not eligible for any exchanges. In order to process your return, items must be unused and tags must be attached. You have 1 calendar day(24h) after delivery date to report any problems. So please check your item once you receive it.
If your item has not yet been processed than it can canceled. However, once we send your order for production, it’s not possible to cancel. Especially if you place a "custom dolls"order. Considering the doll is made just for you at our factory, you're not allowed to cancel your order for any reason once production of your custom dolls have begun.
Sex dolls are sex toys, due to health and hygiene concerns, they are not returnable for any reason if used.
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you have any problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately.
Late or missing refunds
Normally, you will receive your refund within 3-10 working days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us email at firstname.lastname@example.org. You will bear the shipping cost for returning your item. Shipping cost are non-refundable.
