Refund Policy

We give full refund when we can not ship the product.

We give a detailed examination of every product before delivery. All products will be well packed to keep them safe during delivery. In some extreme cases that you find your doll is defective or damaged, contact us as soon as possible. We will give you a refund or a full replacement without extra cost due to your choice. We will not give refund on any other circumstances.

If you find your package is damaged, contact us at the first time you receiced and DO NOT take it out from the case, DO NOT tear off the packaging film. Otherwise, it will be deemed to have been used.

We can not give return/refund to used dolls since it cost us a lot to prepare it as well as shipping.
